To Fix Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code on Samsung Galaxy device, this method requires you to simply enter into device information mode and activating Radio to Turn on IMS over SMS.

To Enter information mode :

  1. Dial *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer
  2. Navigate to Device/Phone Information
  3. Click on “Run Ping Test “
  4. After the Ping test is performed
  5. Click on “Turn Off Radio“
  6. Next, click on “Turn on SMS over IMS“

IMS :IP Multimedia Subsystem
IP :Internet Protocol
SIP:Session Initiation Protocol

While the setting is off, SMS is sent or received over a period of 1x(times), the circuit-switched connection

Finally reboot the system.

 Method 2: Check Network Settings

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Then select “Network Connection”
  3. Followed by “Mobile Networks”
  4. Then, “Network Operators” (at&t, Jio, Airtel, Vodafone or Verizon, etc) and select wireless provider during the search
  5. Connect again for another 3-4 attempts before it starts working again

Method 3: Restart the Android Device
