We all use Google drive for multiple purposes like saving pictures videos and a lot more one of the best features that Google Drive offers is to stream your videos it’s very helpful you can share your videos with your friends and family members they can stream them without downloading but sometimes you get this annoying error “This video cannot be played“, “Whoops! There was a problem playing this video” or “Video is Still Processing“. In this article I’ve listed, some of the best methods that worked for me and you should definitely try them.

Reset Network Connection

One of the easiest methods to fix Google Drive video not playing in the network connection, it’s quite possible that you have bad internet connectivity. If you are using a LAN connection to access the internet on your PC or laptop try disconnecting and reconnecting it Android to play the video and if you are using Wi-Fi turn off your Wi-Fi and turn it on again, also you can reboot your router once to make sure the connection is properly reset.

Use a Different Browser

If you don’t want to clear cache and data in your browser One of the easiest ways is to play Google Drive video in incognito mode.

In Chrome use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

  1. Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  2. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

To open a Private Browser Window in Firefox, click on the Firefox Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser and select New Private Window. You can also use the shortcut Shift + ⌘ + P (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + P (on Windows/Linux).
